About Us
Vasu Communications Inc. started out as Vasu TV in Alan’s parents’ garage as a partnership between Alan and his father, repairing television sets. In September, 1971 we moved to our Ridegeland Dr. location in Avon Ohio and began our growth into the commercial two-way radio sales and service area.
In the late 1970’s we acquired Baker Communications of Amherst, which then expanded the commercial end of the business and changed our name to Vasu Communications & TV and in 1990 we Incorporated and became Vasu Communications Inc. In 1994 we purchased T&E Communications of Mansfield, Ohio and in 2002 we acquired Eppley Communications of Lexington, Ohio and in 2004, we combined the two companies and built a new 7200 sq.ft. building on the North side of Mansfield to better serve our Central Ohio customers. Over the years our customer base has expanded into the Canton and Columbus markets, so in December of 2015, we acquired a North Canton office, formally known as CRI Technologies and in November 2016, we acquired Comtech of Columbus, Ohio and now service all of Northern Ohio out of these locations.
It is a privilege to be able to support and service the needs of our customers from any of our locations in Ohio and Thank you for your continuing support over the years.
